Yousef Yousef is passionate about helping people become better at what they are doing. He loves outdoor life and all water sports and specializes in Scuba Diving & underwater photography as an instructor. Also, he provides training courses for CPR and 1st aid. He started his journey in the fitness world at the age of 4 with gymnastics until he represented the National team. Playing different types of sports as a child helped him develop so many skills, especially the physical ones. In his mid 20’s he started exploring Gyms around the area and tried different types of training (Bodybuilding, crossfit, functional training…). That opened up his vision and made him passionate about health & fitness. Which in turn made him consider being someone who wants to help others achieve their fitness goals and become healthier as well. Where he decided to obtain his Diploma in personal training in 2020.
Yousef Runs different types of training with SAL Team: virtual teens class, Group training, 1 to 1 pt sessions, running programs and more.
Yousef’s class rule: No matter how much you sweat in a workout you have to keep a smile on your face.
